When hired for a wedding or large event, we haul out our famous smoker and cook on-site. Our arrival time is anywhere between 4 to 6 hours before the ceremony. Our food is fresh off the smoker at the time of dinner. Our staff serves your guests from behind our buffet line and in the end we assist with the entire clean-up process. We've got you covered from A-Z.
